Thanks Mandy for making the brilliant fishing cake at short notice for my dad’s 70th birthday. The detail is amazing and my dad absolutely loved it! It took him a week to bring himself to cut it – chocolate delicious. He has kept the top of the cake under a dome and it’s still perfect. Thank you so much for such a wonderful cake.
