Mandy made this cake for 0ur twin daughters’ 40th birthday, at very short notice – and gluten-free! All the members of the cake were at the party (apart from cats and dog) and it stole the show. The grandchildren loved finding themselves and all the marvellous detail: hockey stick, guitar, cup-cake and microphone. It certainly was ‘the icing on the cake’ and produced tears of joy as well as much laughter. Took a long lovely video of everybody’s comments and excitement for us to treasure. They wanted a photo taken with the cake and everybody in their cake order. And it was lovely, lovely cake – the best gluten-free we’d ever tasted. A huge thank-you to you Mandy from us and all our family.
